Great house

The house was exactly as it appeared online. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really nice. The back screened in area and dock were great too. There is a slight odor to the property but not bad. Just an older home on the water. The canal was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful as well as the property. We had everything we needed and had a great time. The pool was relaxing and wonderful and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and hanging out. Loved the outdoor bed for nighttime hanging out. The area is perfect and close to everything from shopping to restaurants to the beach. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful home great location!

The property was perfect! And had everything two families may need! The pool was the perfect size and the kids loved it! A little walk to enjoy las olas Blvd and a little longer walk to enjoy the beach. Overall loved our stay! Plenty of room for two families!

Nice and roomy

Very nice property in a great neighborhood. The place was stocked fairly well except for there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Wifi was terrible until we figured out to restart the modem. Location was fun right on the canal with a great dock if you have a boat or just to lounge on the water. Neighbors had kayaks we borrowed which were very fun to have. Plenty of room for 3 couples and the pool was nice and clean. Nice big kitchen and the screened in porches were nice off dining room as well as master bedroom. Sometimes contact with manager was delayed but it worked out. Had to supply our own hand soap. Plenty of parking in driveway for two cars, three would have been tricky. Bachelorette weekend get away

We did a long weekend stay for a bachelorette. This house was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space. We enjoyed the ability to be poolside for the day but close to the beach and downtown for when we wanted to adventure out.

Solid 4.5 stars!

The grounds were actually amazing. Perfect outdoor patio and pool space. The upstairs balcony was beautiful too. However, the space was not well stocked. There were no extra toiletries for us to utilize. Also the property manager forgot that I paid for early check in at 12PM and the property wasn’t ready by the time we arrived. No code was given to get into the house & there was a gardener still working on the pool I have to seek out communication to get the access code. For that reason, is was not a 5 star experience. But everything else was wonderful!See more

Thank you for the feedback. We do have the pool maintained more than the average because we want to ensure it is clean for our guests. In this case there was nothing I could do to eliminate the overlap other than cancel service. We do our best to keep the property as clean as possible.

Do not recommend this property

The property owner/manager “Jessy” has 0 communication skills, very unresponsive. The moment we got to the house we messaged her through verbo, texted her and called her and she never returned our call/messages. The house had a bad smell the moment you walked in. It smelled like a gym and I think they knew that because they had fragrance plugs all over the house but they were all empty. We all got allergies in the house because it was dusty. The master bathroom had so many spiders and spider webs ( you would think that with the cleaning fee we pay we would get a cleaner house). There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, no trash bag and the wifi was not working. We were able to fix the wifi after a couple of times of unplugging and plugging it back in. Besides the cleanliness issue and the unresponsiveness of the owner. We were concerned after reading the lease policies and how parking in the street was prohibited when I specifically asked if there was enough parking for guests because we were having an event in the house. The main reason we booked this house was because it was the only one that said that events were accepted, and Jessy said that guests could park in the street. There is no street space!! And the policy says that it is not allowed. Someone was sent to fix the internet, but that was the least of our concerns because we had fixed it and all our other concerns were not addressed and again Jessy never responded. Aside from all the bad we made the most out of it, the location of the house is great very close to the beach, mall, and restaurants, but I’m sure that for the price we paid we could’ve stayed in another place with better customer service and cleaner.See more

Due to the local area being hit by a hurricane a few days before the humidity was very high. Unfortunately this was out of our control. The smell in the front entry was from the high moisture and heavy rain. The wifi issues were also impacted by the storm. The home is thoroughly cleaned with every room being dusted mopped and touch surfaces disinfected along with all linens sanitized. The home is treated bi weekly for pest and rodents as well as termites. Our sincere apologies if there was a sensitivity to any dust in the air. Both hand soap and trash bags were available in the laundry room. We maintain a large amount of additional items as we are unaware of usage. The entire street has street parking and there is no lack of space as the street is very private. Fort Lauderdale policy states the renters should not street park. there is parking in the driveway so this would never be an issue. As far as guests they are free to park on the street.

Nice house and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property and definitely will come back. House was nice and could tell it has been updated. Pool area is very nice. If you bring a boat trailer I would suggest finding storage for it, I put mine in the driveway but it was very difficult to get it in with the narrow dead end road and cars parked on the street, that would be the only thing I change on my next trip.

Gem of a property! Great for girls trip!

We had the best time staying at this beautiful home situated right on the canal! The location was perfect close to Town and the beaches and had everything you could need during your stay! The yard was perfect for our group and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spending time in the large, open gathering spaces indoor and out. Our host was responsive and accommodating and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious weekend away!

Great Value and Location

Our stay was met with excellent service from Jessy. Smooth communication and was very flexible with a check out time when our group experienced flight delays. Tons of indoor and outdoor furniture and the kitchen was a great size for cooking in. Beds were super comfortable, too! It is the perfect distance between the beach and in town bars that are an easy walk or quick Uber ride. The house had a few bugs/cob webs upstairs, but everything else was perfectly clean. Would highly recommend for big groups!

I stayed at this property with a group of girlfriends. The pros - location is close to many things in the area, check in overall was easy, 3 full bathrooms were nice for getting ready. Cons - property needs repairs. Outdoor area is very very run down, misc broken furniture, bathrooms not clean, pool was dirty and no skimmer provided. Pictures are not accurate of pool area/outdoor furniture. Overall - wouldn’t recommend to a friend and wouldn’t return. The outdoor area has been updated and the skimmer replaced. The area does has a large amount of beautiful tress but the negative is lots of leaves! The skimmer was damaged by a prior guest and we were not made aware until now so our sincere apologies. The guest unfortunately caused damages to property and soiled all the expensive linens which had to be discarded to be safe. The property is maintained consistently. The outdoor furniture is replaced quarterly to ensure the guests are happy. It seems that this guest simply wanted a discounted vacation as we offered to discount any future stays. I am confident you will love this home and what it has to offer!

Great Stay!

Location and house were amazing! The upper deck was beyond relaxing and you are walking distance to many great shops and food. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and paper towels but if that is our only 'issue' I think we are doing okay! Would 1000% come back and hope too!

40th Birthday Beach Bash

The property manager is wonderful, very helpful and really kind. We checked in to the property with no issues. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house has 3 full baths which is perfect for people trying to get dressed for dinner in a timely fashion. The pool is amazing. The cabanas are amazing. The view was beautiful. Overall I would give the stay a 10/10. ☺️

House was not clean, run down, and property has undisclosed cameras.

Check in process and communicating with the host was great, but everything else was not good. The cleanliness of the property was poor. Every bathroom was dirty, half of the clean towels were stained, the kitchen countertops were dusty and sticky, none of the provide kitchenware and glasses were clean as well. The pool was not kept up and the backyard was run down. No where in the description of the listing disclosed any type of cameras. We found cameras in the patio area where we felt uncomfortable and did not use that part of the house. Location was nice and secluded but wished the house had some sort upkeep and warned guest about cameras on the property.See more

We have replaced our cleaning crew and it is unfortunate that guests do not provide feedback until after departure so that these concerns maybe addressed on the spot. Exterior cameras are on site for the safety of our guests. Many long terms guests love the idea and are given full access to cameras so that may feel safe and secure. The pool and yard are cleaned weekly. Due to the location of the home being directly on the water and having heavy landscaping we cannot control how much blows around depending on the weather and winds. We appreciate the feedback and will pay close attention to these items.

Very cute house but wasn’t clean

My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this location! The property is in a great location, just a short walk away from Las Olas Blvd and a short drive from the beach. The house was super cute and slept a lot of people, and we had a great time making drinks and lounging on the back porch. I only gave this property 3 stars because it wasn’t clean when we arrived. The bottom of the pool was dirty and the upstairs bathroom and kitchen didn’t have any hand soap. The towels in the upstairs bathroom were also dirty and wet before we used them, and a lot of the glassware in the cabinets was dirty as well, so we washed everything before using it. Other than that we had a great stay!See more

Canal Side Cottage Fun

The house was a great fit for our multi-generational family trip. It is set up nicely for kids and adults. We caught and ate fish from the dock. Swam in the pool. The renovations were nice to the older house which is on a changing block (many mansions going in). Close to food, beach, yet secluded at the end of a road. Maybe a bit more attention to the floors and surfaces for cleaning, but otherwise very clean and spacious. Would recommend highly

Two chairs were broken but unfortunately missed due to previous guests. A shower leak was discovered and repaired immediately along with the slow toilet. For the inconvenience we did give a 50% credit for the stay. The house is cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay and photos are supplied from the cleaning crew after each cleaning. The leak was the primary issue which has been resolved and we know guests will continue to enjoy the property. Our apologies for the inconveience during your stay.
